Kathi Evans
Kathi Evans has over 25 years of event planning experience. Her organizational skills were put to use beginning in high school and continued throughout college at what is now Montclair State University. She continued to hone her event planning skills while working in the field of women’s gymnastics in New Jersey before retiring to the corporate world. During her 15 years in marketing and communications, Kathi was responsible for her company’s event planning including their trade shows, national sales meetings, and international incentive trips. In 2004 Kathi decided to leave her job to start her own event planning business and All the Best Weddings & Celebrations was born. Successful from day one, Kathi is very proud of winning back-to-back Best of the Knot awards for New Jersey Event Planners as these awards are determined by your clients. An active member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, Kathi is a co-coordinator of the NJ ABC Jersey Shore Local Networking Group, has presented at the Northeast Regional Conference and is a Professional Bridal Consultant designate member. Kathi has been married to Will for over 30 years, they live in Toms River; her daughter Alison lives in Colorado; her son William is married to Sandra and they have twin sons, William IV and Conner.
Diane Darcy-Schmidt
Diane received her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey and also holds a Certificate in Meeting & Event Planning & Management from Brookdale Community College. Diane is a Professional Bridal Consultant designate member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, having passed their Professional Development Program. After owning her own wedding planning company, Diane now works as an Associate Planner for All the Best. When Diane married Walter in October 2008 she used Kathi and All the Best as her wedding coordinators.
Melissa Nardiello
Melissa is an Associate Planner with All the Best and is a graduate of Central Regional High School, Bayville. She attended Ocean County College, Toms River, working toward a degree in business marketing. She recently completed the Association of Bridal Consultants Professional Development Program with Penn Foster University and is working towards her accreditation as a professional bridal consultant so that she may pursue a career as a bridal consultant.
Lauren Sanderson
Lauren is pursuing her goal for a career as an event planner by gaining experience as All the Best’s Administrative Assistant and Assistant Planner. Lauren is a 2008 graduate of Rowan University with a degree in Public Relations. While at Rowan she worked on projects for the Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel, New Jersey Child Assault Prevention, and the New Jersey State Law Enforcement Officers Association's (NJSLEOA) Annual Awards and Recognition Dinner. She is also an active member of the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority.
Kristin Wallenstein
Kristin is an Associate Planner with All the Best and holds a B.S. in Marketing from FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) in N.Y.C. She is currently working towards her accreditation as a professional bridal consultant with the Association of Bridal Consultants Professional Development Program so that she may one day pursue her goal of becoming a wedding coordinator. Recently engaged to Adam, Kristin can’t wait for Kathi and the girls to help her plan her wedding.
