The first question we are usually asked is “What do you charge?” That’s a really good question! All the Best does not quote fees without a consultation because we believe that each event is unique and deserving of its own service proposal and associated fees. You won’t find any set packages or plans on our website because we don’t have any! Why should you pay for services you don’t want or need??
All the Best will bring an exceptional level of service and value to your event. How would you like a free engagement session and sign in book from your photographer? How about 10% off your transportation or entertainment needs? Would you like to get more than what you paid for from your florist? These are just a few of the values that All the Best brings to our clients based on our relationships with some of the top event professionals in their fields! If you don’t like our suggestions (and you’ll get at least two per category), we’ll do our best to get you similar value from the professionals that you do like.
We charge a flat fee rather than a percentage of your overall budget because we don’t want you to feel that you’re being urged to spend more so that we make more. We also bill monthly to make it easier for everyone.
Once you’ve decided to move forward with hiring All the Best, a contract will be presented. Once the contract is signed and returned with the initial payment, we get to work for you – it’s that easy!
All the Best works with you to help you stay within your budget by contracting with the best vendors (yours or ours) that meet your needs with service fees that won’t break your piggy bank.
