As a client of All the Best, you pick the services that you need from our comprehensive list. If you don’t see what you need, we’ll be happy to look into adding it just for you. There are no set packages or pricing because we feel that each event is unique and deserving of its own service proposal You pay only for the services that you want and need; not for those that you don’t. We’ll work within your budget to find solutions that meet your needs without breaking the bank.

  • Site Selection with research, referrals & site visits, menu tasting/selection, final meeting & walk through
  • Research & Referral for all Professionals from appointments through contracts
  • Event Design – from Stationery to Favors (& everything in between)
  • Budget Creation & Tracking in Excel including payment reminders & gratuities list
  • Travel including incentive trips, sales meetings, honeymoons, & destination weddings
  • Bridal Party Attire (ATB loves to go wedding dress shopping!)
  • Showers, Luncheons, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, After Party or Day After Breakfast or Brunch
  • Etiquette & Logistics Assistance
  • Officiant selection
  • All aspects of Rehearsal including Music Selection, Processional, & Recessional

After our consultation, you’ll receive a detailed proposal that outlines each service that All the Best will provide for your unique event. The proposal will include fees based on the type of event & your specific needs.

Once you decide to move forward with All the Best, a contract with service and pricing addendums is presented for signatures. Once the contracts are signed and the initial payment is received, All the Best will get to work for you! It’s that easy…

If you don’t think that you need the full services of an event coordinator but would benefit from some guidance, then CONTACT US to schedule an INFORMATIONAL CONSULTATION where you can get answers to your questions. There is a fee for these consultations which can be deducted from any full service contract should you decide that you do need more help and hire All the Best as your event coordinator.
